By accessing or using Verity (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Verity provides AI-powered financial market anomaly detection and social manipulation intelligence tools. Our service monitors social media platforms and market data sources to detect coordinated manipulation patterns, unusual trading signals, and disinformation campaigns that may affect financial markets. Verity delivers real-time alerts and analytical reports to subscribers.

Past anomalies detected by Verity do not indicate or predict future market movements or investment performance. You should not make any financial decision, including buying or selling any security, based solely on information provided by Verity. 4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Service and for compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including securities laws in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use Verity to engage in market manipulation, illegal trading activity, or any activity that violates applicable securities regulations. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make.

5. API Key and Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key (vtk_ prefix). Your API key is displayed once at generation and is not stored in retrievable form. Do not share your API key. You are responsible for all activity that occurs using your credentials. Notify us immediately at legal@verityskills.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). You agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen tier. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Verity to:

Engage in or facilitate market manipulation or securities fraud
Redistribute, resell, or sublicense our data or signals to third parties without written consent
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our underlying models or data sources
Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or tier restrictions

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verity and C2MCI Group Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) any trading or investment decisions made in reliance on Service output; (c) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms, applicable law, or that is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
